In this case the eventual help of internal staff should appear in the acknowledgments and not in co-authorship of publications, patents, etc.. It is understood that publications shall contain only the names of the participants who contributed directly to the generation of knowledge published. Ethics in publications should strictly follow international guidelines as contained in documents such as the SBF (.pdf, 95kB) and the SBQ (.pdf, 146kB).
